Welcome to the Capital Design Studio Web site.

We are an award winning practice serving South Yorkshire and the rest of the North of England.  We are a deliberately small pracice, and our goal is to provide friendly and personal architectural services to our clients, aiming to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Capital Design Studio has been serving the community since 1989. Our expertise ranges from domestic extensions and alterations, through one-off houses, estate layout, commercial and ecclesiastical projects, to large developments.  Other services offered include feasibilities, surveys, planning supervision under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations [CDM], and self-build certification.
